What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply send us an email with your reasons for dissatisfaction and we will find a solution or refund your purchase right away. Our goal is to ensure your little one gets lots of enjoyment out of our products.
Are there any more Treasurebobs themes?
We are always developing new themes for the game – at present we have the standard party theme, easter and christmas. We just have the party theme for the book as this is more challenging to produce.
Do you do stalls at events?
Yes – Treasurebobs is registered on stallfinder or simply email us with details of your event and we can see if we can make it – at present we cover West Yorkshire. Check out our events page to see where we will have stalls.
Can I collect my product to avoid postage costs?
